Guaranty Bank offers a 401(k) retirement plan administered through Principle with company matching contribution. (100% match on first 3% of employee contribution; 50% match on next 3% of employee contribution).

(Available for all employees working 24+ hours/week) Comprehensive medical insurance is offered through UMR. Employees have twoplan options, including High Deductible plans with employer-matched Health Savings Account.

Company-paid for full time employees.

Long-term Disability Insurance

Optional insurance available.

Life Insurance

Basic life is company-paid for full time employees – amount varies based on position level. Additional coverage is optional, including Supplemental and Dependent Life coverages.


Guaranty Bank observes the holiday calendar set by the Federal Reserve — this typically results in 11 paid holidays per calendar year.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

15 to 25 days per year depending on job type and length of service. PTO combines traditional vacation and sick time to give employees more flexibility on when and how they utilize paid time off. A PTO "Buy" program is in place to enable employees to have flexibility to buy an additional 1 or 2 days off.

Sabbatical Program

All eligible employees (32-40 hours per week) with 10, 18, 25, 30 and 35 years of service and have satisfactory performance are eligible for a 4-week paid time off in addition to personal time.

Other Time Off Benefits

Bereavement, Jury Duty, and Birthday, New Parent, Wedding Day, and Family Matters are paid absences.

Education Assistance

Tuition assistance provided for courses taken at an accredited secondary school, college or university.

Clothing Advance

Quarterly option to apply for specified clothing advance of business attire.

Paid Parental Leave

Paid Parental Leave following the birth of employee’s child or placement of a child with an employee through adoption.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
